Using some of the world-class teaching and best practices, Swiss Leadership Group can support companies and organisations to implement global leadership solutions. We do this in a style conducive to openness, fun and especially relevant results in the life of the participants and their teams.

Global team

Swiss Leaders Group has partners in 5 countries on 4 continents and a highly experienced faculty able to deliver a global solution fitting the local culture of each of your locations.

Our group was founded in 2017 by Joël Vuadens-Chan and has its head office in Switzerland.

Our faculty members have decades of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership and sales. It is also committed to volunteering in leadership and coaching with several non-profit organisations, including youth and national initiatives.

Most of our trainers and speakers are certified speakers, Trainers and Coaches. 
Training sessions and materials are available in English, French and German.
