Our process
- A one-hour face-to-face or virtual preparatory meeting with the primary decision-maker(s) and a person of their choice to discuss the situation of your team, the changes, or the progress you want to achieve
- The primary decision-maker(s) send the relevant questions to be discussed during the leadership game.
- A two-hour virtual leadership game session with your entire management committee
- A debriefing meeting with the primary decision-maker and a person of his/her choice, where we share our observations, conclusions and recommendations for achieving their objectives
The founders of CEO Talks, both Executive Coaches, will coach throughout the process.
The Leadership Game session can accommodate 12 participants and be facilitated in French and English.
